Healing yourself... your family... your community... your world...
MULTIDIMENSIONAL HEALING FOR YOURSELF
We are finally beginning to hear about how important it is to take care of ourselves. With an emphasis on diet and exercise, preventative medicine, even some association between stress and ill health, it's all hitting the media! When we begin to focus on these things, we gradually become more aware of our bodies -- how well they are serving us... or not...
This increased awareness is the first step toward taking action. When we choose to take action to improve our health and well-being, we are choosing to step onto a path of 'healing'.
We may choose a good book on improving our diet, join a gym, or find help (either traditional or alternative) with medical problems. Whatever it is, we are making a committment at some level to improve the health of our physical bodies. Most people report that they feel like they 'have more energy' after shifting their eating habits or working out - so could we be affecting our energy bodies as well?
When aches and pains ensue (which they inevitably do!), we may seek the assistance of a chiropractor, body worker, or energy practitioner. The adjustments and manipulations of the tissues and energy take us one step further along this path to healing.
This committment to personal healing can be the beginning of our contribution to the healing of this holographic Universe...
Who would have thought it could be such an adventure!!!

and you can read further about the inter-relationship of the physical alignment of the body, how the muscles work in coordination with one another, and how our memories, emotions, and belief systems all enter into our physical and energetic health!

Massage, therapy, or bodywork are all wonderful ways to begin this journey of healing. Finding the best practitioner for yourself is best done intuitively - following your gut feeling about the type of work and the person doing it is very important! You will only be helped by a someone if you believe you are going to be...
Exercise, whether therapeutic exercise in a clinic or doing a fun activity that involves physical movement, is another very important element in maintaining and improving our health.
